WHAT? Parasummer 2011, the 12th skydiving boogie organized by Skydive Estonia.

WHERE? Pärnu Airport, Estonia.

WHEN? July 9 to 16, 2011.

COSTS? Registration fee (32 € in advance or 45 € on-site), jump tickets (21 € from airplanes; balloon – 42€), food, evening beers, accommodation (see below). You can pay in cash (Euros) or with credit card (Visa/MC).

REQUIREMENTS? Jumpers have to meet or exceed the FAI requirements for a B-category certificate of proficiency. Reserves must have been packed no more than 6 months prior to the last day of the boogie. All rigs will be inspected by our riggers and will be tagged if compatible. Make sure to bring your log-book, certificate of proficiency or license (FAI, USPA or national), as well as reserve repack and Cypres (if you have one) check documents. If you want to freefly make sure to have BOC (not ROL or similar), no loose pouches either please.

AIRCRAFT? Cessna Caravan and Britten Norman Islander. Hot air balloon jumps will be organized, too.

COACHES? Martijn van Dam, 9000+ jumps, FF coach.

ACCOMMODATION? We’ll live at Jõekääru Campsite. Prices per person, including the use of sauna:
in camphouse 7+ nights: 9 €/night, shorter periods: 10 €/night;
in tent 7+ nights: 4 €/night, shorter periods: 5 €/night;
in caravan 7+ nights: 6 €/night.

REGISTRATION? Pre-registration until the 06th July! Further registration on-site.

COMPETITIONS?
Saku-Speed- Star. Gather a team of 5 jumpers. Find a cameraman. Make a clean no-contact exit (video proof required). Build a 5-way star (video proof required). Present the video to the judges. Fastest team wins. Each team may make as many attempts as they want. Each skydiver may belong to as many teams as s/he wants. Prizes TBD.
Ekstremist Air Games – Track Dive. Two chasers follow the rabbit and try to steal one of the ribbons attached to rabbit’s feet. If both chasers get the ribbon, then only the first one wins. If neither gets the ribbon, both lose. The winner gets to compete in the next round. Prizes TBD.
FS-3 competition “Pilveke”. Gather a team of 3 jumpers. Find a cameraman. One skydiver has to have under 150 jumps (competitions aim is do give boost for the beginners). Each team will have 3 rounds of formations. The winning team will be the team that has collected most points, by completing the most correct formations within time after the final round is ended.
Winning team will get each two free jump tickets from Skydive Estonia. Competition is sponsored by Lennuliiklusteeninduse AS / Estonian Air Navigation Services.

SKYDIVING PROGRAM
08:00 – 09:30 Breakfast is served at Jõekääru.
09:30 Info & manifest open at the DZ (11:00 on Sat 09.07).
10:00 First load goes up (12:00 on Sat 09.07).
12:00 – 14:00 Lunch is served at the DZ.
20:00 Last load is down, manifest and info close (17:00 on Sat 16.07).
20:00 – 21:30 Dinner is served at Jõekääru.
22:00 – 01:00 Daily videoshow, evening program and sauna at Jõekääru.
